The non-insulated Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30 door and wall construction offers flexible system solutions for the fire resistance classes E30 (30 minutes fire resistance) and EW30 (fire resistance and reduced heat emission).

The Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30 fire door and wall system is based on highly stable, non-insulated aluminium profiles with a basic depth of 65 mm. The system combines total fulfillment of fire protection and smoke protection requirements with multi-purpose features such as sound protection, panic function and burglar resistance. Large single and double-leaf door constructions with concealed fittings offer maximum design freedom whilst fulfilling the most exacting architectural demands. To this end, tested panel solutions can be used as a new type of infill. Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30 impresses as an E30 solution in terms of cost effectiveness too: the system does not require any additional elements to benefit this door’s functionality. It already has it all.

Series for doors and wall constructions for multi-purpose applications, tested in accordance with European standards EN 1364 / 1634 and German standards DIN 4102, fulfils all the requirements of  fire protection classes EI30 (T30 / F30) – fire and heat resistance for 30 minutes and EW30 (G30) – fire resistance and heat emission reduction for 30 minutes. This series is based on highly stable 5-chamber aluminium profiles with a construction depth of 80 mm. A production of  multi-purpose doors  is possible in combination with certain fitting components, they can be created to meet additional requirements for building security and automation, e.g. burglar resistance up to RC 3, panic function, access control and sound protection.

Series for doors and wall constructions for multi-purpose applications, tested in accordance with European standards EN 1364 / 1634 and German standards DIN 4102, fulfils all the requirements of fire protection classes EI60 (T60 / F60) – fire and heat resistance for 60 minutes.

This system is based on highly stable aluminium profiles with a construction depth of 80 mm. This highly fire-resistant construction achieves its 60-minute fire-resistance rating through the insertion of fireboards and the use of fire-resistance glass such as SchücoFlam 60 or Pyrostop 60.

In combination with optional fitting components, doors can reach many additional requirements, for example burglar resistance up to RC 2, panic function, access control and sound protection up to 42 dB.

These rigorously tested and approved aluminum doors and attached units prevent the uncontrolled spread of fire for a period of 90 minutes. Additional functionalities can be created, such as burglar resistance, automation, access control and sound protection.
